Wanting to learn more and expand my skills, in 2018 I switched from Android to iOS. Years later, I’m still happy. The criteria and decision share many aspects and spirit to the Mac vs. Windows split. I still admire the scrappy DIY aspect of building your own PC, or customizing your Android phone. But the sleek consistent hardware of the Apple ecosystem is hard to ignore.
